The Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with BioHouston, announces the 14th Annual Texas Life Science Forum, scheduled for November 11, 2025, in Houston, Texas. This annual event serves as a key translational research and commercialization meeting point for life science professionals across academic, clinical, and industry sectors.
The Forum is designed to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and catalyze translational efforts by bringing together stakeholders from academic research institutions, biotechnology startups, clinical research organizations, and venture capital. Areas of emphasis include novel therapeutics, medical devices, and digital health technologies.
Now in its fourteenth year, the Forum reflects a sustained partnership between BioHouston and the Rice Alliance, both of which are committed to accelerating innovation in biomedical science and healthcare delivery. The meeting supports the entire continuum of innovation—from basic discovery and preclinical validation to regulatory strategy, venture formation, and market introduction.
Call for Applications
Early- to growth-stage ventures in therapeutics, medical technology, and digital health are invited to apply for participation. Selected companies will present during a curated Venture Pitch Session, with the opportunity for one-on-one meetings with top-tier investors and industry partners. Applications are due by Friday, September 26, 2025.
