The tool, called IQVIA AI Assistant, uses generative AI to provide real-time answers to complex business questions, which could take hours or even days to gather manually.
The AI Assistant works through a simple text-based interface, allowing users to ask questions about things like brand performance, market trends, and prescription data. Instead of waiting for detailed reports, users can get answers within minutes.
The tool is built on IQVIA’s Healthcare-grade AI™, which the company has been developing over the past decade. It uses high-quality healthcare data and includes privacy safeguards to ensure that sensitive information is handled securely.
