Demy-Colton has announced the opening of registration—both in-person and virtual—for its annual BioFuture™ conference, to be held October 13–15, 2025, at Cure in New York City. A complementary virtual partnering program will follow October 21–23, with registrants also gaining access to recorded sessions.
The conference aims to convene a broad range of stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare innovation ecosystem, including academic and industry researchers, investors, policymakers, regulators, and healthcare technology developers. According to Demy-Colton, the meeting is designed to foster strategic dialogue and collaborations at the interface of science, business, and health policy.
A notable addition to this year’s program is the introduction of Therapeutic Spotlight Panels, a format intended to highlight advances across key biomedical domains. These sessions will feature discussions among public, private, and seed-stage companies on scientific and technological innovations with potential to alter future healthcare paradigms. The therapeutic areas under consideration include neuroscience, aging, diagnostics, obesity, and oncology, among others.
The conference will also feature a Seed Showcase, aimed at very early-stage companies. Collectively, the panels and showcases are intended to surface novel approaches across a spectrum of modalities and platforms, spanning:
- Small- and large-molecule R&D
- Platforms and enabling technologies
- Tools and delivery systems
- Molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine
- Research-focused service providers
- Digital medicine and healthtech solutions
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications
- Medical devices and TechBio innovations
Applications are currently being accepted from companies wishing to participate in these sessions. Organizers note that the call extends to those engaged in therapeutic discovery as well as those developing enabling technologies for healthcare and life sciences.
